We started with the retrospective
The first Squad Reviews tool is a live retrospective. The team writes cards, groups similar ideas, votes within a limit and discusses on one board, in real time. The retrospective ends with action items, each with an owner, and stays in the history of the squad it belongs to.
We started there because it is the moment a team stops, looks at its own work and decides what changes. The next tools join the same place, with the same sign-in and the same company.
For the team and the people who lead it
- For developers. Developers, designers, QA and PMs write, vote, comment and react in the retrospective, anonymously when the facilitator turns anonymous mode on.
- For managers. Tech leads, engineering managers, Scrum Masters and agile coaches create a retrospective from a template, run the phases with a timer, close with action items and find each squad's retrospectives in its history.
- For the company. One person creates the company and invites the team. A person can belong to several companies.
How we work
- In English and Portuguese. Everyone uses all of Squad Reviews in their own language, never mixed.
- Only your company sees it. Only a company's members see its retrospectives.
- No password. Sign in with Google, Slack or a sign-in link sent to your e-mail.
